Description

Lead technical delivery for multiple integrated squads, owning cross-team synchronization, dependency management, and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Scrum ceremonies for multiple squads, mapping and resolving cross-team dependencies.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between Product and Engineering to decompose high-level requirements into viable user stories.
• Troubleshoot blockers by analyzing API responses, querying databases, and reviewing logs before escalating to developers.
• Define and enforce the "Definition of Done" to ensure shared code is integrated, tested, and high-quality.
• Track lead time, cycle time, and technical debt to identify and resolve systemic delivery bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software delivery experience, including 3+ years as a Senior Scrum Master for multiple squads.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst.
• Ability to read Swagger/API docs, JSON/XML schemas, SQL queries, and architecture diagrams.
• Experience managing delivery for squads within a single integrated codebase, including branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, and portfolio-level tools like Jira Plans or Advanced Roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience writing detailed non-functional requirements (security, scalability, latency) and data mapping documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to sketch high-level system flows or sequence diagrams during grooming to clarify requirements.
• Experience with scaling frameworks like LeSS or Nexus to manage multi-team integration challenges.
• Background in coding or scripting to automate repetitive reporting and data validation tasks.
