Description

You will lead Agile delivery for a technical reporting team building a new Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead story creation, estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Organize project workflows in Azure DevOps, maintaining clear documentation and tracking for multi-stakeholder interactions.
• Monitor progress, remove impediments, and ensure smooth Agile delivery within a Public Sector environment.
• Oversee Azure DevOps workstreams to deliver reporting MVP scope and manage complex data warehousing solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years leading technical teams as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile leadership role.
• Proven experience leading software development teams delivering large-scale data warehousing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, and delivery practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Azure DevOps boards, backlogs, sprints, and documentation.
• Experience with data migration from legacy systems into Azure data warehouse/lakehouse.
• Ability to build end-to-end Power BI reporting solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O environments.
• Expertise in building Azure DevOps dashboards, reports, and queries.
