Description

 5 - 8 years as a Scrum Master/project manager/program manager with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences
• Proven success as a servant leader and self-starter demonstrated via proactiveness in a highly collaborative, matrix environment
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate agile team ceremonies using SAFe Framework
• Coach and mentor team on agile ways of working
