Description

Lead Agile delivery for technical teams in the medical device sector, ensuring rigorous adherence to SDLC, SAFe principles, and regulatory standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain team velocity and quality.
• Drive Product Increment (PI) cycles for globally distributed teams, managing cross-squad dependencies and risks.
• Support data migration, system modernization, and platform transformation initiatives using JIRA and Confluence.
• Apply generative and agentic AI tools to enhance team efficiency and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and change control processes within PLM environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach on technical delivery teams.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technical solutions.
• 1+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry or regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and SAFe frameworks, with SSM, CSP, or CSC certification.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for execution and reporting.
• Proven track record leading teams through PI cycles with significant cross-team dependencies.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLM environments, specifically PTC Windchill and Change Control processes.
• Practical knowledge of data governance, master data, and migration validation.
