Description

Lead agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum and SAFe frameworks within a matrix environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile team ceremonies using the SAFe Framework.
• Coach and mentor teams on agile ways of working and best practices.
• Tailor communication to diverse audiences with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Drive proactiveness and self-starting behavior in a highly collaborative setting.
• Apply proven success as a servant leader to remove impediments and support delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, project manager, or program manager.
• Dedicated experience with agile teams using Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and management.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, matrix environment.
• Proven track record of servant leadership and self-starter mentality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating ceremonies specifically within the SAFe framework.
