Description

You will lead multiple agile teams and complex projects through the full software development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, dependency reviews, stakeholder demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members and product owners on agile processes, tools, and backlog refinement to maximize business value.
• Identify and remove organizational impediments that limit team productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Implement program-level transparency and metrics in coordination with the Release Train Engineer to instill accountability.
• Manage cross-team dependencies by communicating across multiple release trains.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Active certification in at least two of: CSM, SAFe SM, or PSM-I.
• Proven experience introducing Agile, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies into new environments.
• Advanced knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and XP methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, and MS Office applications.
• Strong understanding of the software development process from design to delivery.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps concepts.
• Expertise in facilitation, conflict resolution, and situational awareness.

Preferred Skills

• Mastery of Lean Agile Leadership.
