Serve as a servant leader for Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

7+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams.
Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
CSM or PSM II (or higher) certification required.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles.
Demonstrated experience building self-organizing and high-performing teams.
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience removing impediments and managing escalations.
Proven ability to guide teams through Agile adoption and cultural change.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting government or highly regulated organizations.
CSP, SAFe Scrum Master, or other advanced Agile certification.
Experience navigating organizational resistance to Agile transformation.
Demonstrated success improving team velocity, predictability, and delivery outcomes.
Experience working within established Agile playbooks and governance frameworks
