You will guide teams toward self-organization and higher maturity while managing complex Agile processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams toward self-organization and higher maturity levels, fostering a continuous learning mindset.
• Lead all Iteration events (Planning, Sync, Review, Retrospective) and prepare teams for PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt.
• Establish and manage Kanban boards to visualize work, identify bottlenecks, and improve forecasting using OKRs and flow metrics.
• Act as a buffer between the team and outside interference, resolving conflicts using coaching rather than authority.
• Partner with Product Owners to maximize solution value and synchronize dependencies across the ART.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Expert-level command of Agile tooling: Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and AgilityInsights.
• Proven ability to apply "Built-in Quality" practices in a digital context, including automated testing and BDD.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse groups.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe SASM, SPC, RTE, or ICAgile certifications.
