Lead multiple Scrum teams through all stages of the SDLC to deliver technical and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Scrum teams through all stages of the SDLC.
• Partner with IT technical staff and Business Sponsors to ensure design alignment with requirements.
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests following PMO guidelines.
• Own project tracking, labor, and cost management tasks independently.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC disciplines.
• Proficiency with MS Project and other project tracking tools.
• Deep knowledge of project management and product development processes.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing bugs, capacity planning, and release planning.
• Any Graduate degree.
