Description

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive iteration execution, and remove impediments to optimize team flow for high-performing teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery of customer value.
• Identify and remove impediments, managing risks and escalating issues proactively to maintain team velocity.
• Coach high-performing Agile teams and collaborate with business, product, and vendor stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and adherence to Agile best practices across enterprise-level projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and team facilitation.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to build and coach teams toward high performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in enterprise governance and reporting structures.
