Description

Drive software quality by designing and implementing automated testing strategies across the full stack. You will own the release pipeline integrity and production health.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test automation for front-end applications and web services using Groovy/Geb and Java/HttpClient.
• Write and maintain unit, component, integration, functional, performance, and interoperability tests.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve release velocity and production health.
• Participate in application and test code reviews within a Scrum team.
• Influence software design and security by promoting testability and bug prevention strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience testing and automating front-end and web service applications.
• Extensive experience with Java and its ecosystem, including practical application of Object Oriented Programming.
• Proficiency with Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP and RESTful web services.
• Experience with Jenkins and Git.
• Experience with API testing.
• Ability to learn large software systems end-to-end quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing Angular web applications.
• Experience with UI frameworks like Protractor or web service tools like RestAssured, JMeter, or SoapUI.
