Description

Lead a technical team with a 60/40 split between management and hands-on development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write source code from scratch using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Design and architect systems across the full development lifecycle.
• Perform code reviews and implement refactoring based on best practices.
• Configure and manage software while optimizing processes through automation.
• Manage and lead technical teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Deep expertise in API development and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Proficiency with Cloud technologies.
• Mandatory experience using manual Git commands.
• Strong knowledge of the Agile development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or other streaming technologies.
• Hands-on use of Splunk or Dynatrace.
