Description

Lead automation efforts and testing strategies for transcript processing functionalities. Build and maintain automation frameworks from scratch using industry-standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for software applications.
• Define test strategies based on business requirements and manage test data.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and perform root cause analysis for defects.
• Manage defect reporting and tracking within JIRA to maintain SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including T-Mobile project experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java.
• Extensive experience with Selenium and test automation framework design.
• Expertise in API testing using Postman, Swagger, and SOAP UI.
• Significant experience testing Web Services (SOAP and REST-based calls).
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with GitLab, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and Docker.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage onsite-offshore coordination.
