Description

You will lead test automation efforts and own the quality assurance lifecycle for complex software projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to define project requirements and test objectives.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
• Implement best practices for reusable, maintainable, and scalable test code.
• Execute test suites across multiple browsers and platforms to ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software test automation.
• Proficiency in Java or Python for test development.
• Expert-level knowledge of Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for test execution.
• Strong ability to log defects and report issues to development teams.
• Experience integrating Selenium with other testing tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years in a lead or senior individual contributor role.
