Description

You will lead testing efforts and drive quality standards across distributed engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI and API tests using Selenium and REST.
• Embed quality standards into the definition of ready and done to drive testing advocacy.
• Own quality decision-making during go/no-go release discussions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve development workflows.
• Lead testing initiatives across multiple geographic locations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development in test roles.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming with C# or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber frameworks.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Intermediate knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Proficiency using static analysis tools like SonarQube, Error-prone, Spotless, or ESLint.

Preferred Skills

• Building test automation frameworks or tooling from the ground up.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and test data management.
