Lead API and webservices testing initiatives while mentoring the team on technical best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of API and webservices testing projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for API validation.
• Execute automated testing for web applications using Selenium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and resolve technical blockers.
• Analyze test results to drive process improvements and ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development in Test (SDET) roles.
• Strong expertise in API and webservices testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Selenium for automated web application testing.
• Proven ability to lead testing projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience mentoring team members on technical best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex test results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder updates and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience staying current with advancements in API testing tools and frameworks.
