Description

Lead the design and validation of structure-based search, compound intelligence, and experimental data systems for a next-generation digital research platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate molecular search logic including exact, substructure, similarity, and Markush queries.
• Guide chemical structure handling (SMILES, InChI, SDF) and compound registration workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate scientific workflows into ELN and search modules.
• Ensure scientific rigor in structure–activity analysis, ADMET prediction, and knowledge extraction.
• Represent the end-user scientist perspective in product design and testing.

Required Skills

• PhD or Postdoctoral Researcher in chemistry, pharmacology, or related life sciences.
• Deep expertise in cheminformatics and ELN workflows.
• Experience with Chemaxon, Biovia, or Revvity Signals Notebook.
• Strong understanding of SAR (Structure-Activity Relationship) principles.
• Proficiency in ADMET prediction methodologies.
• 5+ years of relevant scientific or technical experience.
• Ability to translate complex chemical logic into software requirements.
