Description

You will lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions to migrate account management, provisioning, and password functionality from OIM to Okta.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical changes required to transition functionality from OIM to Okta.
• Translate existing code to the new system architecture and develop supporting code for solution designs.
• Gather business and technical requirements from IT and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate solution design meetings and provide technical guidance to team members, architects, and product managers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience successfully migrating between identity management tools.
• Hands-on experience with Okta and Okta APIs.
• Experience with OIM 11g and OIM APIs.
• Background in software development.
• Ability to manage complexity and orchestrate various technical inputs to meet requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and settle technical disagreements.

Preferred Skills

• Effective communication skills to explain complex technical issues to partners.
