Senior Security Analyst

You will manage firewall security and automate policy management during cloud infrastructure transitions within the healthcare sector.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing firewall rules to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Remediate identified firewall rule issues to enhance cloud environment security.
• Develop automated solutions and scripts for firewall rule management.
• Collaborate with customers to process firewall rule requests and provide technical support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security analysis or related roles.
• Direct experience managing firewall security within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with Palo Alto Networks technologies.
• Hands-on experience using AlgoSec for policy management and automation.
• Experience using Splunk for security monitoring and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python coding for developing automation tools and scripts.
• Proven background in providing direct customer support and technical communication.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
