Description

Secure cloud environments against internal and external threats while mentoring the security engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Secure cloud platforms by maintaining compliance benchmarks such as CIS.
• Develop automation scripts for security reviews and remediation activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all cloud security issues.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests of cloud infrastructure.
• Build dashboards and metrics to report cloud security posture to senior management.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in information security with a focus on security automation.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with native cloud security services.
• Working knowledge of Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with database technologies.
• Knowledge of container and orchestration technologies.
• Experience developing or exploiting open source security tools.

Preferred Skills

• Conduct POCs for new security tools and assist in reducing the external attack surface.
