Description

You will administer and optimize PingOne Cloud identity services, designing SSO and authentication integrations for enterprise and customer-facing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC for identity federation.
• Configure risk-based authentication policies, access controls, and user lifecycle processes including provisioning and synchronization.
• Manage PingOne tenant configuration, policy design, and optimization to ensure security standards alignment.
• Develop reporting and monitoring metrics for operational visibility and troubleshoot complex CIAM/PingOne issues.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to onboard applications and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of information security engineering experience with hands-on PingOne administration.
• Deep expertise in SSO protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Strong understanding of IAM architecture across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Knowledge of network and security technologies including TCP/IP, SSL, IPSEC, and encryption.
• Experience with risk-based authentication and policy configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot authentication issues in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CIAM or workforce IAM solutions and API-based identity orchestration.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and APIs.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM certifications.
