Description

Drive security strategy and operations for managed services offerings, including architecture reviews and complex incident response.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-level security strategies to protect managed services networks and data.
• Address complex technical incidents and client security queries via the ITSM ticketing system.
• Respond to intrusions using computer forensics expertise and monitor traffic to anticipate future problems.
• Provide escalation support across Managed Services teams, analysts, clients, and project teams.
• Assess security and business risks, presenting remediation activities to management.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of industry experience in IT services, specifically in senior security operations roles.
• Proficiency with Cloudflare administration and configuration for enterprise clients.
• Experience with attack mitigation and analyzing various attack vectors.
• Hands-on experience with Burp Suite, Kali Linux, and VMware Fusion.
• Cloud and monitoring tool expertise: AWS, Sumo Logic, DataDog, and CrowdStrike.
• Experience managing Service Requests and Change Requests in ServiceNow.
• Strong command of MS Office for documentation and reporting.
