Description

You will own the security architecture and operations for managed security service offerings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for Managed Security service offerings.
• Design and implement multi-level security strategies to protect Managed Services networks and data resources.
• Prioritize and address complex technical incidents via the ITSM ticketing system.
• Respond to intrusions using computer forensics expertise.
• Provide escalation support across Managed Services teams, clients, and project teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of industry experience in IT services, specifically senior security operations roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Cloudflare administration and configuration for enterprise clients.
• Experience in handling attack mitigation and thorough knowledge of various attacks.
• Proficiency with Cloudflare, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, AWS, Sumologic, Data Dog, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to assess security and business risks, analyzing and presenting critical risks to management.
• Experience managing security posture and addressing client queries regarding security controls.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Vulnerability Management and reporting workflows.
• Experience with Terraform, VMware Fusion, and Crowdstrike.
