You will lead ML security and privacy initiatives, integrating advanced machine learning solutions into product security motions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune machine learning models specific to security and privacy domains.
• Design, implement, and review AI safeguards and mitigation strategies against threats like prompt injection.
• Collaborate with ML, search, product, infrastructure, data, and frontend teams to build secure solutions.
• Automate security workflows, such as security questionnaires, using LLMs and AI.
• Define and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the ML security and privacy program.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Security.
• 1+ years experience specifically in ML/AI security protections, including prompt injection attacks.
• 4+ years of experience coding in Golang, Python, or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of AI/LLM security, authentication, authorization, and identity systems.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Ability to identify security risks and develop corresponding mitigation plans.
• Experience operating within environments requiring compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO27001, FedRAMP).

Preferred Skills

• BS+ in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
