Description

You will lead the delivery and management of the on-premise HashiCorp Vault Enterprise secrets management service.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of digital secrets by reviewing authentication methods and secrets engine requirements for application teams.
• Deploy and maintain highly available, resilient, and secure configurations of secrets management solutions.
• Integrate security solutions with existing ecosystems including MS-AD, monitoring, backup, and SIEM.
• Translate senior management policies into implementable technical requirement documents for engineering teams.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of secrets, including policy enforcement, compliance reporting, and metric accountability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in security engineering or identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience managing HashiCorp Vault Enterprise edition.
• Direct experience with Zero Trust Architecture and non-human identity strategies.
• Proficiency in implementing authentication methods and secrets engine configurations.
• Ability to design solutions based on business requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Experience with SIEM integration and security ecosystem management.
• Capability to develop regular reporting on key metrics and deliverables.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations.
