You provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for global physical security systems, defining standards that ensure scalability and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate current physical security architecture, including access control platforms and video surveillance systems.
• Define global physical security standards, reference architectures, and design principles.
• Support integration planning between physical security systems, enterprise networks, and IAM processes.
• Conduct technical reviews of vendor designs and proposals to ensure compliance with security standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in physical network security technology planning and design.
• Expertise in access control platforms (e.g., CCure/Phoenix) and video surveillance systems (e.g., Axis).
• Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise network security.
• Experience conducting technical assessments and defining remediation strategies.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Security, Facilities, IT, and HR stakeholders.
• US Citizen status required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology fields.
• Professional or technical certification in physical security or networking technologies.
