Description

You will drive offensive security operations through advanced red teaming capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine internal red team scripts, tools, and methodologies.
• Research, validate, and exploit known attacks and security weaknesses.
• Conduct Red Team assessments targeting on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Design and execute complex threat emulation scenarios using digital, physical, and social engineering vectors.
• Produce detailed, actionable reports for technical teams and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on offensive security experience in Red Team or penetration testing.
• Proficiency with C2 frameworks including Sliver, Mythic, and Cobalt Strike.
• Strong familiarity with attack frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
• Demonstrated ability to develop custom offensive tools or scripts.
• Experience conducting cloud security assessments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical findings.
• Relevant certifications such as CRTO or OSCP.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Knowledge of physical security testing and social engineering tactics.
