Description

You will architect and manage a cloud compute platform centered on SPIFFE to secure diverse workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect the cloud compute platform based on SPIFFE.
• Perform SRE functions including deployment, capacity management, observability, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with Security Architecture to define workload attestation across multiple compute platforms.
• Support engineering teams during onboarding to the new service.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in security or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SPIFFE and SPIRE.
• Deep knowledge of Development Identity Services.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and multiple cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience operating cloud services using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Solid understanding of cryptography, including x509 certificates.
• Knowledge of federated trust models for identity and security.
• Proven experience as a systems administrator or service reliability engineer.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and source control using GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large enterprises with heterogeneous compute platforms.
