Description

You will lead identity and access management strategy for hybrid cloud infrastructure, securing Active Directory and cloud environments across Azure and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Active Directory and Entra ID infrastructure, including trust relationships, Group Policies, DNS, and security configurations.
• Develop and enforce PIM/PAM strategies, configure multi-factor authentication (MFA), and maintain system integrity.
• Secure global resources including PKI, NDES, ADFS, and NPS while supporting cloud backup and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Deploy and manage cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, DRAAS) across Microsoft Azure and AWS, focusing on IAM, encryption, and network defenses.
• Automate operations and perform performance testing using PowerShell and Python to ensure system availability and cost-effective resource management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in Active Directory and cloud technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure and AWS platforms, including cloud security best practices.
• Proficiency in identity management, including ADFS Federation, Azure SSO, and IAM principles.
• Hands-on automation skills with PowerShell and Python.
• Experience with PKI, NDES, and network configurations in hybrid environments.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and guide teams on identity and cloud processes.

Preferred Skills

• Azure, AWS, or similar cloud certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
