Description

You will lead security management efforts, focusing on financial alignment, program execution, and risk reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage security programs and drive continuous process improvement.
• Translate security delivery value to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Develop and track risk appetite metrics and overall security metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage project lifecycles.
• Report security status and headcount data to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in roles requiring strong financial acumen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance teams regarding budgets and headcount.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience managing security awareness programs.
• Working knowledge of Human Resources processes.
• Ability to define and report on risk appetite metrics.
• Experience with executive reporting and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
