Description

You will manage daily Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations for enterprise identity systems, ensuring secure and efficient access control.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
• Manage identity and access changes using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Apply RBAC and least-privilege principles to reduce security risk and enforce access control.
• Coordinate access requests and changes via ServiceNow, resolving IAM-related operational issues.
• Maintain operational documentation and adhere to security best practices for identity governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory for user and access administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity management.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access governance.
• Experience handling access provisioning, deprovisioning, and ITSM workflows in ServiceNow.
• Ability to troubleshoot IAM operational issues in a security-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SailPoint Identity Governance for automating IAM processes.
• Background in cybersecurity or identity governance with attention to compliance.
