You will lead SEO strategy for the site replatforming project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive SEO migration plan, covering URL/redirect mapping, metadata migration, and structured data validation.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Development, Design, Content Strategy, UX/UI, and Platform teams to align technical implementation with SEO objectives.
• Provide detailed SEO requirements and acceptance criteria for development tasks, performing pre- and post-launch QA.
• Monitor and troubleshoot site performance post-launch using SEO and analytics tools, creating remediation plans.
• Incorporate AI Search (e.g., Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot) and Generative AI LLM visibility strategies into planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SEO leadership and migration strategy.
• Expertise in keyword and competitive research to inform migration and optimization.
• Experience tracking KPIs related to organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Familiarity with managing development tasks via Jira.
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices, including structured data validation.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles as they relate to search visibility.
• Experience integrating AI Search and Generative AI LLMs into SEO planning.
