You will lead the SEO strategy for the site replatforming project, owning the migration plan and technical alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the SEO migration plan, including URL/redirect mapping, metadata migration, and structured data validation.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Development, Design, Content Strategy, and UX/UI teams to align technical implementation with SEO objectives.
• Define SEO requirements and acceptance criteria for development tasks, performing pre- and post-launch QA.
• Monitor site performance post-launch using SEO and analytics tools, creating and executing remediation plans.
• Integrate AI Search (Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot) and Generative AI LLM visibility strategies into planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SEO leadership and migration strategy.
• Expertise in keyword and competitive research to inform migration and optimization.
• Experience tracking KPIs related to organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Familiarity with managing development tasks via Jira.
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices, including structured data validation.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles as they relate to search visibility.
• Experience integrating AI Search and Generative AI LLMs into SEO planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale site replatforming projects.
