Description

You will drive technical service delivery and customer success as a Senior Service Delivery Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate delivery quality and readiness for customers and internal teams.
• Drive pre-sales and scoping exercises to position platform value based on customer outcomes.
• Advise customers and partners on complex technical issues and manage engagement scope.
• Develop tailored solutions, such as CI/CD pipelines or source code migrations, for customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve critical technical issues and advocate for product improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years experience in technical consulting, software development, or application security.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering, plus 5+ years experience.
• 1+ year(s) experience leading customer projects.
• Experience in Software Development or DevOps.
• In-depth knowledge of the Git version control system.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Familiarity with legacy version control systems (SVN, CVS, ClearCase, AccuRev, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years experience leading customer projects.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted coding assistants.
