Description

You will lead the administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and integrity for core organizational functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and Service Level Management modules.
• Develop and maintain the CMDB to accurately represent IT infrastructure and support ITSM processes.
• Implement and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems and tools.
• Design custom applications, forms, workflows, interfaces, and scripts to automate processes.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and security standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience, with at least 6 years focused on ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Deep expertise in CMDB principles, service modeling, and Asset Management Services.
• Strong understanding of Configuration Item relationships and business services.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom development (scripts, workflows).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification.
