Description

You will manage, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow ITSM module to ensure platform performance and scalability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ServiceNow ITSM module, including user roles, groups, permissions, and system health.
• Design and configure workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and service catalog items.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve incidents within the ITSM module.
• Develop and maintain integrations, reports, dashboards, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to plan roadmap expansions and prepare for future module implementations.

Required Skills

• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
• 2+ years of experience working in a Public Sector or Medicaid environment.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ITSM module.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide Scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, update sets, and scoped applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
