Drive AI innovation and scalable enterprise adoption across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on practical use cases and long-term architecture standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise architecture teams to define and execute the broader AI strategy and ServiceNow's role within the ecosystem.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps, rapidly prototyping solutions for measurable operational improvements.
• Architect scalable AI solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and GenAI capabilities.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and responsible AI guidelines, including guardrails for data access and PII handling.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions and enable platform teams through reusable frameworks, templates, and technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture and engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI/GenAI concepts and adoption patterns.
• Experience designing enterprise workflow automation and platform integrations.
• Proven ability to evaluate build-vs-buy technology decisions balancing speed, scalability, and governance.
• Strong collaboration skills with architecture, engineering, and security teams.
