Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Analyst / Scrum Master to lead ServiceNow-related initiatives while facilitating Agile/Scrum delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow business analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering, and Agile project delivery.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, architects, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst and Scrum Master for ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
Sprint Planning
Daily Stand-ups
Sprint Reviews/Demos
Sprint Retrospectives
Backlog Refinement
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, architects, testers, administrators, and integration teams.
Support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications, depending on project requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
