Description

You will design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions, owning the architecture for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and SPM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy ServiceNow platforms with a focus on CMDB integrity, platform governance, and performance optimization.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Builder, and Client Scripts.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Lead architecture reviews, provide technical mentoring, and manage stakeholder communication for enterprise solution design.
• Implement AI-powered capabilities using AI Agent Studio and Now Assist to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, and SPM.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Builder, and Client Scripts.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Expertise in CMDB architecture, platform governance, performance optimization, and platform upgrades.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-CSM, or CIS-HRSD certifications.
• Experience with ITAM, FSM, SecOps, or AIOps implementations.
