Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow modules and enterprise integrations in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

• Design and create incident, problem, and change management modules within ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain the Service Catalog and CMDB implementations.
• Configure and customize the platform, including tables, fields, forms, and workflows.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and groups while enforcing access controls and permissions.
• Build and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable platform insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or administrator.
• 5+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment supporting hardware, software, or enterprise applications.
• 2+ years of experience configuring ServiceNow tables, fields, forms, and workflows.
• 2+ years of experience managing user access, roles, and permissions.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, GlideScript, or AngularJS.
• Knowledge of CMDB and ITSM frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of experience architecting the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development, including custom applications and modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist.
