Description

Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow architecture strategies to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including technical designs, documentation, and architectural diagrams.
• Lead and mentor consultants and team members while acting as the single point of contact for dedicated customers.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security through code reviews and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with specialist departments to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Drive platform improvements and participate in the selection and implementation of new ServiceNow features and updates.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture.
• 5+ years of practical project experience in ServiceNow consulting and customer support.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Strong proficiency in modeling business processes into technical architectures.
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
• Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field.
