Description

Lead the design, development, and integration of business-critical applications on the ServiceNow platform, primarily within the telecommunications domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, ServiceNow-based applications using front-end architecture best practices.
• Lead technical and DevOps teams to establish deployment pipelines and application architecture.
• Research and develop AWS tech stack backed systems and application architectures.
• Collaborate with business leadership and stakeholders to identify technology innovation opportunities.
• Work with UX and business groups to solve end-user problems and drive digital transformation.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically within the telecommunications domain.
• Expertise in Auth and MFA process integrations.
• Strong experience with AWS application architecture and tech stacks.
• Proficiency with .Net, SQL, and ServiceNow development.
• Proven ability to design and lead technical teams through the full development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience navigating ambiguous environments and working under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience managing migrations from home-grown platforms to ServiceNow.
