Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, development, and support of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and implement CMDB aligned with CSDM standards.
  • Develop solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and Security Incident Response (SIR).
  • Build and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and integrations.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and upgrade readiness.
  • Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong experience with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and SIR.
  • Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Server, and Integrations.
  • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
  • Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and automation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA).
  • Experience with AI capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, or Now Assist.
  • Experience with large enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform modernization
