Description

Must-Have Qualifications:

8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience or comparable Enterprise SaaS platform experience

5+ years of practitioner experience in areas such as Infrastructure Operations, Internal Controls/Audit, Security Operations, or Asset Management

Strong experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow technical solutions

Hands-on experience with AI and Workflow Data Fabric

Experience with AI Control Tower is preferred

ServiceNow certifications are critical: CAD, CSA, and at least 1 CIS certification

Consulting / Professional Services background is mandatory

Strong client-facing communication, workshop, advisory, and solution delivery experience
