Description

You will own the administration and development of the ServiceNow platform, with a specific focus on ITSM and Security Incident Response (SIR).

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, primarily ITSM and SIR, using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, and XML.
• Design and integrate REST and SOAP web services to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Administer platform settings, user access, and security policies in alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance for critical incident response workflows.
• Maintain Public Trust Suitability and adhere to strict security protocols.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification required.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ITSM, and SIR modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, and XML.
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP services.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Developer Certifications.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience with IRM/GRC architecture, specifically CAM and Risk Workspaces.
