Design and build AI-driven ServiceNow solutions using Generative AI and CSM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Now Assist, AI Search, and Virtual Agent capabilities.
• Develop agentic workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST APIs.
• Optimize platform performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript (Glide scripting) proficiency.
• Expertise in CSM (Customer Service Management).
• Experience with Agent Workspace.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
• Prompt Engineering and AI Governance understanding.
• Experience with Predictive Intelligence.

Preferred Skills

• CIS-CSM or CAD certifications.
• Certifications in Now Assist or Generative AI.
