Description

You will build and maintain complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM (HAM & SAM).
• Implement cloud management, chargeback solutions, and Automation Engine workflows.
• Build custom applications using App Engine and manage ServiceNow Mobile functionality.
• Configure Integration Hub, connectors, and ServiceNow APIs for seamless data integration.
• Create advanced reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics visualizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML5.
• Strong backend development skills in Java SE & EE, including JSF.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Hands-on expertise with Web Services using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow connectors and Integration Hub.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
