Description

Lead a team of ServiceNow developers while remaining hands-on with module implementation and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers through work reviews, guidance, and mentorship.
• Design technical solutions for new requirements and integrations following best coding practices.
• Identify gaps in current solutions and implement necessary improvements.
• Manage stakeholder communication and technical requirements.
• Stay hands-on with the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS.
• Expertise configuring and customizing ServiceNow using Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Deep knowledge of Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Experience with UI customization and Source Code Management.
• Proven track record working with Order Management systems.
• Ability to design new applications and enhance existing ServiceNow platform features.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the Telecommunications industry.
