Design and architect ServiceNow solutions to meet complex business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and Event Management.
• Optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures while enforcing strict coding standards.
• Translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions using existing tools and integrations.
• Define product visions and develop detailed technical roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and development.
• 7+ years of experience with Shell, Perl, Python, or Java scripting.
• 7+ years of experience optimizing ServiceNow data models.
• 7+ years of experience in requirement solicitation and technical translation.
• 7+ years of experience in product vision and roadmap definition.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams with diverse technical disciplines.
• 7+ years of experience with IT infrastructure operations.
