Description

You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using OOTB modules and custom builds.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications and OOTB modules for Change, Problem, Incident, and Service Requests.
• Serve as the technical expert for ServiceNow development and integration workflows.
• Work within Agile teams to ensure continuous and high-quality software releases.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and cloud environments like AWS.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
• Experience with SOAP and RESTful web service integrations.
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog development and Workflows.
• Proven track record building custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience managing Demand, Incident, Problem, Change, Survey, Knowledge, and Cloud Management modules.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified ServiceNow Developer credentials.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMDB and Asset Management.
• Experience integrating with AWS cloud applications.
